16 September 2025I ordered sympathy flowers from this shop on 9/15/2025 and paid for same-day delivery. The flowers were never delivered. When I called to follow up, the shop claimed they had “tried to deliver but the door was locked” which is not true, since my friend lives in a downtown building with a staffed front desk that always accepts deliveries.
The call also did not feel professional — I heard children crying in the background, and the representative knew my friends name immediately but did not confirm any order information. This raised serious concerns about how legitimate this business is.
I requested a cancellation, and I’ve since disputed the charge with my credit card company. I would not recommend ordering from this shop. If you want reliable service, contact a well established local florist directly rather than going through this one.
